The Arkansas State University System Foundation, Inc., is a non-profit corporation duly chartered by the state of Arkansas in 1977 to operate for the benefit and advancement of the Arkansas State University System and its related entities. The purpose of the ASU System Foundation, Inc. is to support each of the Arkansas State University System Campuses through the development, procurement and stewardship of private gifts.

The ASU System Foundation, Inc. is recognized by the United States Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, and is exempt from federal income tax.
